2. What data is collected and why
- Email: if you write to me, the data you send (such as your name, email address or other details) is used only to reply to your enquiry and keep in touch as needed.
- Newsletter form: if you sign up, your email address is used only to send you the branding checklist and the monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent when you write to me or sign up for the newsletter, and my legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.
4. Service providers
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Cookie-free visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). The newsletter is managed with Kit (kit.com), which stores subscribers' email addresses. Netlify, Cloudflare and Kit may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Data retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or to meet legal obligations. Emails are deleted once the conversation has ended, unless they are needed for legal or administrative reasons. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Data sharing
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except the service providers listed above or where required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data
- ask for your data to be corrected or deleted
- ask for processing to be limited, or object to it
- ask for your data to be transferred (portability)
- withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise these rights, write to contact@teideastudio.eu, attaching a copy of your ID or an equivalent document.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.

I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.
